Mike Collette is an entrepreneur, executive and pioneer in aperture and point-of-care marketing.
He co-founded OnTarget Media and Healthy Advice Networks (which would later evolve to become PatientPoint). Recently returning as CEO, Mike is excited to help lead PatientPoint and the healthcare industry through an unprecedented period of growth and technical innovation.
A native of New York, Mike holds an engineering degree from Dartmouth College and began his career at Procter & Gamble, working in the Health and Personal Care Division.
In Cincinnati, Mike serves as executive-in-residence at CincyTech USA, helping other entrepreneurs turn transformational ideas into high-growth technology companies.
Linda Ruschau is part of the PatientPoint founding team, bringing more than 25 years of experience in pharmaceutical marketing and point-of-care expertise to the company.
As Chief Client Officer, Linda leads a national sales team in helping brands impact patient-physician dialogue, drive patient engagement and create sustainable success for forward-thinking pharma, OTC and CPG clients.
After earning a degree in business administration from the University of Cincinnati, Linda went to work for Procter & Gamble’s Beauty Care Division.
A founder and now board member of the Point of Care Communication Council, Linda regularly shares her insights in industry journals and as a prominent speaker at industry events.
In 2018, she was named to the prestigious MM&M Hall of Femme and was a recipient of the 2017 PM360 Sales MVP award.
Chris Martini’s strategic vision transformed how hospitals and physicians communicate with their patients at the point of care.
As President of Hospital Solutions and Chief Provider Officer, Chris led the company’s entrance into the hospital sector and the acquisition of several prominent businesses that have resulted in a more than tripled reach in the past nine years. He is responsible for all business functions and financial performance of the provider business unit.
Previously, Chris was president of American Hospitals Publishing Group, Int. and brings additional experience in management and sales from Nike, Inc. and Boston Scientific. Chris earned a bachelor’s degree in marketing from Lehigh University.
Pat O’Brien plays a critical role in ensuring the launch of new PatientPoint technologies, products and services.
As Chief Financial Officer, Pat guides the funding of a robust development pipeline and coordinates the company’s long-term performance plans.
Pat began his career at Arthur Andersen and moved on to Deloitte & Touche, where PatientPoint was his client for five years. Through that experience, he saw the significant impact PatientPoint has on patients and providers and moved over to join the team.
Pat graduated with an accounting degree from the University of Cincinnati’s College of Business.
David Guthrie is a highly regarded technology strategist and innovator focused on bringing solutions to life that help make every doctor-patient engagement better.
As Chief Product Officer, David directs the aggressive PatientPoint product roadmap, overseeing new product development and further strengthening current offerings. He is instrumental to the company’s continued innovation and development of solutions that enable communication, education and engagement.
David is well known for co-founding the physician medical news platform Medcast and serving as a Chief Technology Officer for WebMD/Medcast during the online giant’s infancy. He has since served in executive technology leadership roles at venture capital firm Fuqua Ventures and PGi. Most recently, David served several companies including PatientPoint as an independent strategic technology advisor.
In 2019, David was recognized for excellence in technological innovation by both PM360 and DTC Perspectives, receiving a PM360 ELITE 100 award and a DTC Perspectives Innovator award. David earned his bachelor’s degree in management and information systems from the University of Tennessee.

As Chief Operating Officer, Customer Success, Wes oversees multiple PatientPoint teams charged with delivering a best-in-industry customer experience for individual providers, hospitals and health systems. Whether it’s installing a device, assisting with a custom message or working with a practice IT department, Wes and his team keep PatientPoint provider partners and the patients they serve at the center of everything they do.
Wes earned his bachelor’s degree in marketing from Kennesaw University and his master’s in computer information systems and healthcare administration from Georgia State University.
