We make every doctor-patient engagement better.
Patient is not our middle name. It’s our first. At PatientPoint®, we put the focus on the patient in everything we do. Our comprehensive platform of patient engagement solutions and digital services connect local healthcare businesses to patients and caregivers online, in the hospital or at the physician office to ensure they receive the care they need.
30 Years of Trust and Transparency
Three decades ago, point of care wasn’t a point on any marketer’s radar. But then our founder, Mike Collette, went to a chili cook-off with samples of a leading OTC indigestion brand in hand, and the realization of the value of reaching healthcare consumers when they were most receptive to the message (aka point of care) was born. Since then, local healthcare businesses have trusted PatientPoint to customize a marketing strategy that positions their service as an integral part of the patient experience.
