Our Leadership

Mike Collette
Mike Collette is an entrepreneur, executive and pioneer in aperture and point-of-care marketing.
He co-founded OnTarget Media and Healthy Advice Networks (which would later evolve to become PatientPoint). Today, Mike is helping to lead PatientPoint and the healthcare industry through an unprecedented period of growth and technical innovation.
A native of New York, Mike holds an engineering degree from Dartmouth College and began his career at Procter & Gamble, working in the Health and Personal Care Division.
In Cincinnati, Mike serves as executive-in-residence at CincyTech USA, helping other entrepreneurs turn transformational ideas into high-growth technology companies.

Linda Ruschau
As Chief Client Officer, Linda leads a national sales and client service team in helping brands impact patient-physician dialogue, drive patient engagement and create sustainable success for pharma, OTC and CPG clients. She brings 30 years of experience in pharmaceutical marketing, point-of-care expertise, client service leadership and business acumen to the role. As one of its first employees, Ruschau helped PatientPoint pioneer the concept of aperture marketing, developing products that continue to change patient behaviors and outcomes in exam rooms, waiting rooms and clinical areas.
After earning a degree in business administration from the University of Cincinnati, Linda went to work for Procter & Gamble in their sales leadership program. A founder and former board member of the Point of Care Communication Council, Linda regularly shares her insights in industry journals and as a prominent speaker at industry events including the keynote emcee for DTC National, Women’s Leadership Conferences and Digital Health Coalition. She was named to the prestigious MM&M Hall of Femme in 2018 and was a recipient of the 2017 PM360 Sales MVP award.

Chris Martini
Chris Martini is a healthcare industry executive with a strategic vision for more effective patient-provider interaction across the entire patient care journey.
As Chief Provider Officer, Chris is responsible for all business functions and financial performance of the provider business unit and is a pivotal executive champion for PatientPoint’s expansion into Remote Care Management solutions. Chris also led the company’s entrance into the hospital sector and the acquisition of several prominent businesses that have helped more than triple the reach of PatientPoint solutions over the past decade.
Previously, Chris was president of American Hospitals Publishing Group, Int. and brings additional experience in management and sales from Nike, Inc. and Boston Scientific. Chris earned a bachelor’s degree in marketing from Lehigh University.

Pat O'Brien
Pat O’Brien plays a critical role in ensuring the launch of new PatientPoint technologies, products and services.
As Chief Financial Officer, Pat guides the funding of a robust development pipeline and coordinates the company’s long-term performance plans.
Pat began his career at Arthur Andersen and moved on to Deloitte & Touche, where PatientPoint was his client for five years. Through that experience, he saw the significant impact PatientPoint has on patients and providers and moved over to join the team.
Pat graduated with an accounting degree from the University of Cincinnati’s College of Business.

Wes Staggs
Wes Staggs plays an integral role in bringing PatientPoint’s aggressive growth plan to life.
As Chief Corporate Development Officer, Wes is continually identifying and executing on business development and corporate partnership opportunities that can help further advance PatientPoint’s mission of making every doctor-patient engagement better.® In this role Wes is responsible for helping shape and execute PatientPoint’s strategy by identifying industry trends, maintaining relationships with relevant external partners and executing strategic mergers and acquisitions.
Wes brings a wide range of leadership experiences from his 30-year career in technology, healthcare, service provider and software industries to the role as well as a strong track record of driving company growth. Prior to PatientPoint, he held executive leadership roles at software companies including Concerro, Blue Ridge, Revegy, RV Healthcare Analytics and WebMD.
Wes earned dual bachelor’s degrees in marketing and professional selling from Kennesaw University and his master’s in computer information systems and healthcare administration from Georgia State University.

Trent Sterling
Trent Sterling is a proven health tech entrepreneur and leader with decades of experience building and deploying innovative solutions across the care ecosystem.
As Chief Strategy Officer, Trent serves as chief architect of PatientPoint’s long-term product roadmap and is an instrumental advisor on corporate M&A strategy.
Trent brings a unique and deep understanding of all healthcare constituents to PatientPoint from his work with a wide range of health education and tech-enabled patient engagement companies. Trent spent 14 years as CEO/President of StayWell (now part of WebMD/Internet Brands), where he played an instrumental role in helping StayWell become one of the country’s largest providers of patient education, consumer health information and population health management communications. Trent currently serves as an advisor to automated patient acquisition company SocialClimb and has also consulted for numerous other health tech companies including WebMD, Wolters Kluwer, Healthgrades and HealthDay.
Trent earned his bachelor’s degree in accounting from the University of Utah and holds both an MBA and master’s in healthcare administration from the University of Minnesota.

Melissa McMahon
Melissa McMahon is a seasoned human resources leader who is passionate about attracting, developing, engaging and retaining top talent to influence a culture of diversity, inclusion and excellence.
As Chief People Officer, Melissa is responsible for partnering with business leaders to develop and execute PatientPoint’s company-wide people strategy in support of organizational objectives and goals. Melissa and her team ensure the company remains committed to its core values by creating a high-performance, innovative culture and differentiated employee experience.
Melissa brings valuable HR leadership experience from both private equity-backed and public companies across technology, healthcare and professional services industries. Melissa spent 15 years at Accenture where she held a variety of talent leadership roles. Melissa then moved on to Fortune 200 company CDW, playing a key leadership role in helping the company grow from 3,000 to 9,000+ employees. Following CDW, Melissa served as Sr. Vice President of Human Resources for Athletico during a significant time of market expansion and growth.
Melissa earned her bachelor’s degree in communication from Central Michigan University as well as a master’s degree in communication with an emphasis on organizational development and leadership from Northwestern University.

Damon Ragusa
Damon Ragusa brings deep expertise at the cross section of technology and data sciences with a laser focus on the customer experience to propel and transform leading technology companies.
As Chief Data and Technology Officer, Damon develops secure infrastructure to help transform data into valuable information and insights and power decision making for all stakeholders. In this role, Damon leads PatientPoint’s data and IT infrastructure functions as well as the organization’s engineering and software development teams.
Most recently, Damon served as Chief Executive Officer of award-winning education software management platform Abre.io. He previously founded and served as Chief Executive Officer of ThinkVine, a data science and software company designated by Forrester Research as a leader in the marketing optimization and attribution industry.
Damon earned his bachelor’s degree in statistics from Bowling Green State University.

Bryan Kinnear
Bryan Kinnear brings extensive experience leading large-scale transformations across Fortune 100 enterprises to PatientPoint.
As Chief Transformation Officer, Bryan acts as a strategic thought partner across the business to oversee the integration of key mergers and acquisitions, incorporate top-grade technology systems and drive operational efficiencies. He is a high-level orchestrator of complex integration processes that involve large numbers of discrete initiatives.
Prior to joining PatientPoint, Bryan spent several years as an operations executive for L Catterton’s portfolio operations team, driving value creation at the cross section of healthcare and technology. Bryan began his career as a management consultant at Kearney, working in many industries including healthcare technology.
Bryan earned his bachelor’s degree in business with a focus in management and finance from Loyola Marymount University and his MBA from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management.
